Fellowship of the PFS
Mark is a Fellow of the Personal Finance Society (PFS) – the highest designation awarded by the Personal Finance Society. Certified Financial Planner (CISI)
The Certified Financial Planner (CFP) accreditation is recognised globally as the gold standard for financial planning professionals.
It is awarded by the Chartered Institute for Securities and Insurance and is only granted where the holder can demonstrate they meet rigorous international competency, ethical and professional practice standards. The CFP logo means you can have confidence your financial planner has the technical competence you require and the integrity to work only in your best interests.
Chartered Wealth Manager (CISI)
Developed in consultations with leading stockbrokers, investment banks and professional trade bodies, the Chartered Wealth Manager accreditation is a postgraduate level specialist qualification. It is recognised by financial services recruiters as the best qualification for roles in wealth management and is comprised of three units – Financial Markets, Portfolio Construction Theory and Applied Wealth Management. It provides a sound grounding in economics and interpretation of economic statistics, financial statements, investment analysis, portfolio construction and applied wealth management.
Professionally
Having worked in financial services for over 30 years, Mark is one of only a handful of industry professionals to hold both Chartered Financial Planner and Certified Financial Planner status. He also develops and writes educational material for consumers and industry advisers.
Importantly
